Feature Update: Improved Reports & Exports

We’ve made some updates to the reports & export functionalities in your Telraam dashboard! Whether you’re an (advanced) data user or a network manager, these improvements will make accessing and analyzing traffic data even easier.

Updates for Users:

Raw Data Export Enhancements:

  • Uptime label added (low or good) for better data quality assessment.
  • Uptime now included in totals—no more confusing decimals! The exact uptime is still available via the API.
  • 10 traffic modes added, including detailed left/right directions (only for users with access to advanced data)

Updates for Network Admins:

Improved Reports:

  • New layout to select segments for advanced data analysis.
  • View reports for individual installations—now also possible for private installations!
  • “My Segment” reports now include all graphs from the public page (previously, some graphs like speed were missing). Now, it’s the same reports—with more graphs! !:tada:

Better Export Options:

  • New layout to select segments for exports.
  • Exports for individual installations—private data is now exportable (previously, only via API).
  • Full Raw Data Export Enhancements:
    • Uptime label added (low or good) for better data quality assessment.
    • Uptime now included in totals—no more confusing decimals! The exact uptime is still available via the API.
    • New traffic modes added, including detailed left/right directions for bicycles, buses, cars, trucks, pedestrians, and more. (only for users with access to advanced data)

I have made an export yesterday of raw data.
I have the differents modes. Thanks !
Could you precise what are “motorcycles” (counted with cycles) ?

A little “bug” : I have chosen 8 installations of my network but all the files are named with the same segment number (the one attached to my login) :frowning:

Hi Andre,

Thanks for the feedback! We’ve adjusted the files names when you download multiple within your network

As for the motorcycles, we mean these type of vehicle (a picture says more than a thousand words):

Thanks for your answer.
At this time the correction is not in production

It would be nice to have the ability to select a range of dates to export raw data

To complete the answer regarding the motorcycles, could you tell me how are counted the kick scooters (trottinettes) ? :kick_scooter:

Hi Andre,

I’m sorry about that, I think it should be in production right now. If not, please let us know at support@telraam.net and we can follow-up the issue more closely!

The scooters (trottinettes) will probably be counted as pedestrians, as they have more features of a pedestrian (the shape), than a bicycle or a motorcycle).

Regards,
Elke

it’s ok now ! Thanks !
