Download data and storage

Hi there I didn’t find an answer to this in the forum but sorry if I missed it.

How long does Telraam store the data online. I would like to run this experiment with my telraam for at least a year maybe two.

Second part is how can I download my data is it possible to export into a CSV or similar so that I can do my own analysis and present the data to stakeholders?

The data is available indefinitely as “Open Data” so a year or two is just fine,

To download the data, go to your dashboard, and you’ll find the ‘export’ tab.

Alternatively, if you are more technically minded, you can also use the API
