V2 keeps resetting to the QR code view

Every time I notice the device it resets to the QR code view. Clicking the button sometimes goes to the normal tally view, but sometimes does nothing.

The feeling I get is that it’s continually resetting for some reason. Does anyone know what I can do?

would it be possible to contact us on support@telraam.net?
I believe this is an issue we can solve.
There might be an extra step we need to take because your device has not so good connectivity which could give a challenge to update it.

But let’s do this through our normal support pipeline.
