V1 v11c heavy vehicle detection

HI All

Since a view days my V1 device is running smoothly.
Now I found out, that the device is not counting heavy vehicles.
I assume, that it is not differentiate between cars and heavy vehicles.

Is there additional settings to be made?

Hi @dominikus.weleba

if this is a new installation of a V1 device, then it will need to calibrate what it is seeing in order to separate cars from larger vehicles. It should start reporting larger vehicles very soon
