Trouble Setting ROI

I’ve never had trouble loading the ROI images in the past. I just moved the device to a new window, and when attempting to set the ROI, I’m seeing the normal loading screen but no images ever load.

Anyone else experiencing this? My device is now on the automatic wide view due to no images loading.

Actually, trying in Chrome browser vs Safari seems to work — though the images are loading more slowly than normal.

Thanks for sharing @brookspipher - the ROI setting is dependent on signal strength and quality, so any change in location could have an effect on the speed of loading. It can also change at different times of day I’ve found. I don’t think the browser used should affect it, but you never know whether some work faster than others.

The issue is that the device only usually sends very small files with data, and the ROI is a large image file, so takes a long time on the data connection we use.

As you only really need to do this once when you install the device, I trust this is now set up OK?
