There may be blue skies ahead

As with many users and organisations that have been using social media channels to stay connected with their users and communities, to respond to queries, and just generally stay up to date with news and views … we have become further and further disillusioned with the activity and content on X (or twitter).

There are many, much more qualified, channels for discussing the reasons and implications of this, but as a consequence, we have decided to ‘shutter’ our twitter / X profile and instead join the new and exciting voices on BlueSky

You can now find us there:

If you have also recently joined BlueSKy, do give us a follow and PLEASE say hello so we know you’ve joined us there.

You can also follow some of the interesting voices we have started following as a result of the many useful ‘Starter packs’ that are being created by the community.

If you are still on X and do wish to send us a message, we will occasionally (but infrequently) monitor for messages just in case you are unable to reach us any other way - we still want to help our users, of course.

You can always get in touch here for a general conversation, and don’t forget you can also get amazing support from my colleague @elke.verhoeven if you email our Support address.

So, what do you think? Is BlueSky really the right place to be?
