Telraam S2 wrong time zone

Hello, telraam team.

A friend of mine lives in Lüneburg (Lower Saxony, Germany), just like me. He also uses a telraam S2 ( Telraam - Wallstraße ). From the display in the web interface, I can see that the device is located in the wrong time zone (Atlantic/Reykjavik) instead of (Europe/Berlin). The user cannot actively influence this setting. I think it is usually determined by the location selection in the telraam map.

I suspect that the corresponding correction can only be made by the telraam team itself. If this is the case, it would be very kind of you to make this correction in the near future.

That’s unusual, but easily fixed

The timezone is set up with the account. If you can tell them to go to their dashboard and access their profile details (bottom left), then they’ll find their timezone settings about half way down the page
