Telraam S2 stops counting - showing test mode screen on display

Hi, Team Telraam.

Our Telraam station (URL: Telraam - Oedemer Weg) stopped counting on Wednesday, 19.03.205, around 09.00h. Without user action, the following was shown on the display of the device:

Test mode

Unique ID: 351901933297586
NRF FW: 1.17.1
Modem FW: 1.3.0
K210: FW 4.3.6.0
LTE Connction: OK
Backend Connection: NOK
Accelero: OK
Flash: OK
Traffic count (>3m): 11
ROI Value: 3
STATUS: FAILED

Interrupting the power supply did not cause any change.

I then dismounted the device and took it back to my office. Back at the power supply, a message appeared on the display stating that a firmware update was in progress.

Is there any chance that the problem will resolve itself or do I have to do something actively?

Sounds like it needed to be updated to the latest firmware, so if you are seeing that screen, please leave it connected until it is finished. You can then reinstall in the original location and it should be fine

Hello, Rob.

Thank you for your input.

It would be a nice feature if a status display appeared on the Telraam S2 web server. A log file wouldn’t be bad either.

Hi, Team Telraam.

Our Telraam station (URL: Telraam - Oedemer Weg) still doesn’t count.

Today, 21.03.2025, 18.45h, I interrupted the power supply, than
started the system into the test mode. Here are the results:

Test mode

Unique ID: 351901933297586
NRF FW: 1.17.1
Modem FW: 1.3.0
K210: FW 4.3.6.0
LTE Connction: OK
Backend Connection: OK
Accelero: OK
Flash: OK
Traffic count: 0 (in red letters)
ROI Value: 13
STATUS: ONGOING

The dashboard shows:
Telraam isn’t counting anymore
The camera does not send any data at the moment. Last data 2025-03-19 08:45

Any suggestions to get it working?

Hi, Team Telraam.

I think our S2 has a technical defect. There is still no counting taking place. The last data is from 2025-03-19 08:45. The device is apparently still online but probably not continuously.

Today, 2025-03-23, 19:25, I tried to access the S2 server, but got the message ‘Device is not online at the moment. Try again later’. I then briefly disconnected the power supply. Access was then possible again. But counting is still not taking place. We will therefore send the device back to you. Unless you have another solution suggestion.

Regards
