in that part of the northern Netherlands there are a lot of waterways with a lot of boats during the year - commercial vessels and in summer a lot of holiday traffic
if you look at the measurements of boats and vessels they look like very much at road vehicles- small boats are much like cars - commercial vessels like semi-trucks
