I have installed a new Telraam S2 at a friend’s house. The device counts and is also accessible via the web interface
However, the new location is not shown on the Telraam map.
What could be the reason for this?

There will be a slight delay while we refresh the list of device locations that show on the map. Don’t worry, the device will still be counting

“slight delay” is the understatement of the year. It took about three days to show on the map. A lot of time compared with my own device: just one hour. But since then it works flawlessly. Thanks for your input.

Sorry about this. A device should show up almost instantly (once data has been recorded), but there are occasions when the database does not update directly and the connection needs a refresh which requires my colleague to be involved, and it depends on his availability - especially over the holiday season.
