Missing data with Telraam S2

Hi, Telraam Team.

The counting data for my Telraam S2 (9000008191) is
incomplete. On August 10, 2025, the count stops at
7:00 p.m. and does not start again until October 11, 2025, at
11:00 a.m.

This means that 14 hours of data are missing.

Another counting station (9000009147) here in
the area appears to have the same problem. Here, too,
there is a gap of the same size at the same
times.

Is this data now lost? Or will it be
reinserted at a later date?

Hi @uwenk indeed there was a database issue that affected many of our devices that evening. We have resolved the issue and all new data is showing again, but we are still investigating the recovery and republishing of that data.

I’m happy to report that the data that was “missing” has now been recovered and updated in the dashboard, so you should be able to see the data from 10/11 August. Thanks for your patience
