Device status "Installed, but no counts" is not correct

Hi, why does the device status of the counting device Telraam | xantenerstr not switch to “Is counting”?

Hi,
There are two installations on that street segment with the same device.
The one that counts was however not in the Berlin network. Just moved that user to the correct network. Hope that’s clear!

thank you. Then I will look for an updated status tomorrow. Even the info in the user’s dashboard should then be updated from:

Camera is set to inactive on
10 August 2022 07:49

to: Telraam is counting
