the main issue with this device is that the connection with cellular network is rather weak. This sometimes gives issues. I have updated your device to a release candidate 5 of the 1.20 FW which should have less issues for these weakly connected devices (update succeeded on 27th of august).
We did not have such a bad day since then.
BTW: we have been trying to contact you with respect to the other device in Lueneburg, we tried all mail addresses associated to your accounts, but never received any feedback.
