Mark one or more data points as "suspect"/"error" and hide them from the reports

Sometimes the data captured by a sensor at a particular time period is clearly wrong - maybe the battery ran out, the view was obscured, sensor fell off the window, or there was some hallucination showing an unfeasible spike in traffic. For example, there are some days during a first installation when the sensor isn’t in the right position, and only shows a small fraction of the real traffic. At the moment, all this data shows up in the public map and dashboard, which risks undermining the credibility of the sensor. It would be great for a sensor owner to be able to mark a particular data point (or range of data points) as incorrect, and either remove them from the public view or replace them with (e.g.) the recent average for that day and time period. The data could still be shown as ‘lower quality’, and the original raw data also retained so that changes could be undone later.
